The Statistics tab

Numbers for the readings chosen in the Filters, orientation sets, and a table of every structure type at once.

1. Orientation statistics: The mean direction, Fisher kappa and 95 % cone, the Woodcock shape (K and C) and the pattern, with a note on how reliable each is.
2. Find orientation sets: Splits the readings into sets (for example joint sets) with a mixture model. The number of sets is chosen automatically. Works best on one structure type in one domain.
3. Orientation sets: The sets found: mean orientation, share of the readings, spread, and the intersections between sets.
4. By structure type and domain: Every group at once, ignoring the Filters. Click a row to chart it.
